Xu Na, wife of singer Yu Zhou
Xu Na is the wife of the singer Yu Zhou, who was killed by Chinese police earlier this year. November 25 she was sentenced to 3 years in prison. Defense lawyer Cheng Hai is doing the right thing by defending her. The “crime” Xu Na is accused of is that she “…carried with her 53 copies of Falun Gong promotional flyers and 11 copies of Falun Gong promotional CDs and was caught by police while distributing these materials in Chongwen City’s Guoyuanxi Little District, Tongzhou District.” The quote is from the lawyers defense statement. CCP not only took Xu Na’s husband away from her. Now they want to punish her even more. It’s really, really sad.
