Today me and Marcus did the last recordings for the CD. I improved the vocals on two songs (The Chinese Way and On a mission of peace).
I also thought we should change the piano on “On a mission of peace”, so Marcus re-recorded it very well. Before that I also added an electric guitar and Marcus added a very good electric guitar as well on the same song.
We also added the backing vocals that I previously recorded in my home studio with Tingting Jin (she has been singing with me before) to the songs “One body” and “Getting closer”. Andrea Elvhage is singing soprano voice on “One Body” and I got a sound file from here.
This was a good way to save money. The same thing with Jonas Brunsten’s piano on “The Chinese Way” which also was added today into the project.
So next step will be final mix and mastering which Marcus will do. Soon it will be ready!
